Eric's passions are relationships and strategically helping Clients navigate the complex Employee Benefits landscape with fresh and unique perspectives to attract an employer's most valuable asset, their employees. In this competitive market, employers must differentiate themselves from the competition to attract and retain top talent. Eric's years of experience with employers of every size, in every industry, gives him the experience to help employers strategize and implement Employee Benefits Plans to attract and retain top talent and stay within budget.

Strategic planning for cost containment and transparency are key elements in the process Eric implements with all of his clients. The goals and values of the employer drives Eric's consulting. Self -Funding in all formats is a passion for Eric as are unique strategies for Voluntary benefits to enhance employers benefits offerings.

Eric is licensed in CA , WA OR and ID and actively supports National Association of Health Underwriters, Oregon Association of Health Underwriters and Portland Association of Health Underwriters.

When Eric is not working for his clients, his passions are his kids, serving at his church, weightlifting, working on his historic home in Oregon City OR and collecting American Antiques.
